Box Office Seller- The Depot

Provide prompt, courteous customer service for events at the box office, including will call and guest list operations, troubleshooting show-night issues, and supporting ADA-related needs. Ensure compliance with cash handling and ticket sales policies by balancing and reconciling daily/nightly transactions, ticket stock, and cash drawers. Perform daily operations on the Ticketmaster host system, maintain phone systems and event calendars, and assist managers with pricing and reporting tasks.
