Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate and drive the vision and strategy to stakeholders and the Bank agile team while ensuring delivery of quality product and member experience solutions.
  • •Clarify alignment on business strategy, goals, and objectives and translate this into backlog vision, prioritization, and refinement.
  • •Define and communicate acceptance criteria based on business requirements and customer needs.
  • •Use a data-driven approach to anticipate and solve complex issues, allocate funds, develop/track OKRs, and deliver against team-level objectives.
  • •Own and optimize the flow of value by removing impediments, resolving conflicts, managing risks/issues, and supporting continuous testing/learning and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of related experience substitute in lieu of degree.
  • •4 years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or directly related business operations/product line.
  • •2 years of relevant mortgage industry experience in areas such as origination, fulfillment, underwriting, marketing, distribution, or sales/service.
  • •Knowledge of multiple software delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe.
  • •Advanced experience analyzing business requirements, process flows, and use cases, plus process engineering methodologies and applicable banking/regulatory/compliance policies.
