Part-Time Client Service Representative (25 hours) (Glen Burnie Branch)

Deliver best-in-class client experience while representing the bank across in-person, phone, and email channels. Handle teller transactions, process routine account and address changes, and balance cash daily. Open new business and consumer accounts, cross-sell products, and refer clients to lines of business like Mortgage, Investments, Business/Commercial Banking, Merchant Services, and Treasury Management. Follow BSA/AML compliance and escalate risks through proper channels.
