•Build internal tools and applications using frontier models to automate workflows and reduce manual toil across functions.
•Design and maintain shared AI infrastructure, including AGENTS.md and SKILLS.md, and create shared skills for the organization.
•Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and internal tools to deliver measurable augmentation impact.
•Build custom integrations between LLMs and internal systems (GitHub, Slack, Notion, JIRA, Salesforce, internal APIs).
•Create documentation and provide support to enable teams to adopt and extend the tools you build.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of production software engineering with Go, Python, and TypeScript (or ability to work in an arbitrary language using AI coding tools).
•Build full-stack web applications using React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
•Hands-on experience using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-weight models), creating and using MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
•Deep understanding of AI coding agent tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Antigravity, plus frameworks around them.
•Ability to work autonomously to identify problems, design solutions, and ship high-impact results with minimal direction.
