Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, and changing belts as needed.
  • •Identify root causes of unexpected machine breakdowns and repair quickly to decrease downtime.
  • •Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts; order and install replacement parts as needed.
  • •Prepare reports documenting work performed and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies.
  • •Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance and collaborate with department heads on new products and required modifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanically inclined with relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose problems on manufacturing equipment.
  • •Good computer literacy to enter work records in the appropriate program.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certificate in a related field (welding, maintenance, electrical) preferred.
  • •Ability to take and pass internal required testing and communicate professionally with all levels of the organization.
