•Systems Management: Centrally manage and optimize the security tech stack across the global network, including Access Control, Video Management, and threat monitoring tools.
•Emergency Response: Lead the response to emergency escalations by executing Emergency Action Plans (EAP) and maintaining safety and security standards.
•Operational Coverage & Agility: Maintain consistent shift coverage and provide back-up support for operational gaps as required.
•Threat Detection: Proactively detect in-progress incidents and emerging threats using surveillance technology; lead field escalations and brief senior leadership.
•Investigative Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations into security incidents and policy breaches; synthesize data from logs to produce reports for management.

•High proficiency in Google Workspace and the ability to adapt to new security technologies.
