Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage portfolio performance within assigned business segments, stewarding KPIs, revenue outcomes, and operational health.
  • •Develop and maintain analytical models and systems to improve operational visibility and enable real-time leadership decisions.
  • •Drive operational readiness for product lifecycles by providing critical data insights across development, maturity, and end-of-life transitions.
  • •Identify workflow inefficiencies and lead the design, implementation, and scaling of new operational processes to support growth.
  • •Serve as a central point of contact for strategic business units, manufacturing, and sales to align supply and demand and solve problems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • •2+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain analysis, financial analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • •Advanced data manipulation and visualization skills (e.g., Excel/VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI) with experience working from large datasets.
  • •Ability to perform root-cause analysis and develop data-backed recommendations to solve business problems.
  • •Experience working within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms.
