Key Responsibilities

  • •Account for HBM NPI build yield loss across PWF, assembly, and test via defect breakdown and PFA submission.
  • •Work with PI to identify defect sources and brainstorm CIP opportunities.
  • •Learn NPI processes, phase gates, and yield best practices; maintain yield dashboards and trackers.
  • •Analyze yield deviations and trigger action from PI/PE/RDA; perform block run and partial conversion yield analysis to detect impacts early.
  • •Support shift-left monitoring by identifying SPC/FDC charts for YLR dashboard and use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • •0–4 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or engineering.
  • •Strong interest in yield analysis and data-driven problem solving.
  • •Basic knowledge of statistics, SPC, or data analysis tools.
  • •Ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
