Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, document, and maintain the enterprise-wide Google Workspace Collaboration Platform.
  • •Design, document, and maintain the enterprise-wide Microsoft M365 Collaboration Platform.
  • •Partner with Product and Risk stakeholders to translate objectives and risk tolerance into platform configurations, security practices, and data handling policies.
  • •Architect, implement, and manage IAM strategy for Google Workspace and/or M365, including MFA, SSO integration, and context-aware access policies.
  • •Maintain governance and compliance for third-party applications and Workspace data, including risk assessments, security audits, and correct application of retention/eDiscovery/legal holds.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,500 - 208,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •At least 6 years of cumulative experience in enterprise information technology, systems engineering, or cybersecurity roles.
  • •At least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience architecting, administering, and securing a large-scale (1,000+ user) Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 collaboration environment.
  • •Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, or managing services across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS cloud environments.
  • •Ability to script and work with build/deployment and infrastructure automation tools; examples mentioned include Python, Bash, Powershell, Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
