Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage relationships and performance of outsourced contact center business partners through account and program management.
  • •Support program administration, documentation, and business operations initiatives for Visa services (including Concierge Services and Card Benefits and Promotions).
  • •Serve as liaison between vendors and product/program owners, providing escalation support and program expertise when needed.
  • •Conduct research and analysis to address operational issues, including fraud detection and maintaining overall program operational performance from a business perspective.
  • •Engage stakeholders across operations, business partners, vendors, and Visa senior management to achieve project goals and support program enhancements operationally.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD), and ability to speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • •Experience in vendor management, account management, and operations support, including business requirements development.
  • •Project management skills and cross-functional teaming experience.
  • •Ability to support operational business needs for Credit Product Offices, including program administration and program expertise.
  • •Strong writing and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage documentation repositories for compliance and record-keeping.
