Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex software development projects and be accountable for projects spanning multiple functional teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Create cohesive project plans that track and drive program deliverables across all phases, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and stakeholders.
  • •Solicit, aggregate, and track product and technical requirements from stakeholders into a single source of truth, ensuring requirements are met through development.
  • •Identify, catalog, and report risks across multiple teams on a regular basis and manage risk burndown through the program lifecycle.
  • •Lead the program to support and help deliver transformative unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing complex software development projects end to end, including budgets, schedules, and resources; comfortable running multiple simultaneous projects.
  • •Ability to run advanced programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects largely self-directed, using both waterfall and agile processes.
  • •Experience using scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
  • •Significant experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • •Strong leadership, time management, organization, and team management skills, including motivating others and delegating tasks effectively.
