Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Advisors in all areas of financial planning, including initiating and fielding client calls.
  • •Build proposals for prospective clients and build and/or update clients’ financial plans.
  • •Prepare materials for client meetings, collaborate with internal teams, and complete meeting follow-up activities.
  • •Monitor portfolios, maintain portfolio target allocations, and rebalance portfolios as needed.
  • •Assist with client data consolidation and maintenance, liaise with attorneys/accountants as needed, and support special projects.

Key Requirements

  • •One to four years of relevant experience.
  • •Completed or pursuing CFP®, CFA, or equivalent experience, or JD.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience) with a major in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, or law preferred.
  • •Series 65 (or ability to complete within 90 days of employment).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, high organization/initiative, and a commitment to accuracy.
