•Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members to build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
•Support omni-channel and digital engagement, including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social media-driven improvements.
•Oversee operational excellence including compliance, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising, store safety, and vendor relationships.
