Job Summary

Develop and maintain systems software for advanced missile defense capabilities within the C2BMC JEMINI program. You’ll build and debug software applications, support design/development/testing/operational integration, and help automate operations tools. Work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment using Java (including J2EE/Java Spring), Linux, and agile practices, leveraging tooling such as Maven, Git/GitHub, Nexus, and Eclipse.

•Provide specialized expertise across multiple software and systems disciplines to support systems software products.

•Assist with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation of software programs.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, establish standards, improve efficiency, and implement operations automation tools.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience with Java and software engineering, including Java/J2EE, C++, or object-oriented programming (OO).
•Strong knowledge of software engineering practices such as coding standards, automated testing, build pipelines, and configuration management.
•Exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve performance issues and identify root causes.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
•Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date; typically requires a STEM degree and 5+ years (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
