Direct, develop, and motivate a team of brand associates to deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection while following company standards. Support store productivity and sales results, supervise floor coverage (including opening/closing), and help drive training, compliance, visual merchandising, and loss prevention goals.
