Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the U.S. strategy for engagement with Defense Primes/OEM clients related to vertical construction, facilities delivery, and design.
  • •Drive growth strategy, pipeline development, capture, and delivery performance across AECOM’s Design practice.
  • •Lead and manage client relationships and strengthen client partnerships for Defense Primes/OEM accounts.
  • •Provide hands-on account execution and coordinate with global defense leaders and the U.S. DOW team.
  • •Support engagement across other AECOM regions (UK, Continental Europe, Middle East, Australia/New Zealand) as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 20 years’ experience or equivalent, including 4 years of leadership experience.
  • •Direct delivery experience on vertical construction projects for Defense Primes/OEM clients (e.g., building design, building engineering, planning, or program/construction management).
  • •U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Proven experience working with Defense Primes/OEM clients and U.S. DOW agencies on facilities and vertical construction programs.
  • •Demonstrated success leading accounts, complex pursuits, and multi-region delivery, including leadership across geographies and multidisciplinary teams.
