Job Summary

Lead the electrical engineering function for complex healthcare and industrial projects across the full design-to-construction lifecycle. Coordinate, review, and approve electrical design plans for code-compliant delivery, and apply advanced engineering techniques to improve outcomes across concept, design, procurement, construction, and operations. Oversee cross-functional engineering teams, manage budgets and project execution, and provide technical input to client and pursuit efforts in Jacksonville.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate, review, and approve electrical design plans to ensure compliance with applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
•Apply electrical engineering techniques across project phases from concept development through construction and operation.
•Plan and incorporate future-ready design techniques and operating strategies for safety and functionality.
•Oversee and monitor cross-functional engineering teams across concurrent projects, including budgets, tracking, calculations, and compliance documentation.
•Manage client relationships and provide key technical input on pursuit efforts, while preparing technical reports and presentations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
•10+ years of relevant post-education experience as an electrical engineer.
•Professional Engineering license required.

•Demonstrated ability coordinating and directing others to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
