Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering to bring online silicon wafer fab development lines including slicing, grinding, cleaning, degumming, and inspection stations.
  • •Drive equipment commissioning, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for wafer processing systems.
  • •Perform hands-on wafer processing tasks to produce low-defect, high-reliability wafers.
  • •Execute DOEs to optimize silicon recycling procedures and minimize contamination.
  • •Test and evaluate supplier materials and perform silicon wafer characterization while maintaining lab equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in semiconductor wafer manufacturing, cleanroom operations, or high-tech production (photovoltaics or silicon processing).
  • •1+ years of experience handling flammable, toxic, corrosive, and/or hazardous chemicals safely.
  • •Comfortable working in production using hazardous chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents) and wearing appropriate PPE.
  • •Ability to follow complex manufacturing procedures and safety requirements with strong attention to detail.
