Key Responsibilities

  • •Executive & Customer Programs: Build and manage the day-to-day operations of Kong's Executive Briefing Program, engaging strategic customers and prospects.
  • •Executive Sponsorship Program: Develop and manage a structured sponsorship program aligning senior leaders with key accounts to deepen relationships and accelerate revenue.
  • •Investor Program: Build and manage a program that strengthens ties with Kong's investor community to support pipeline and growth objectives.
  • •CRO Org Operations & Planning: Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and the operating rhythm of the CRO organization, ensuring scheduling and logistics run smoothly.
  • •Recognition & Employee Programs: Manage employee gifts and recognition initiatives tied to the revenue organization.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in program management and executive engagement, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment or supporting a Revenue/Sales organization.
  • •Program builder with a proven track record of building and scaling programs from the ground up, with strong attention to process, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Financial acumen with proven experience managing budgets and navigating procurement and contracting processes.
  • •Demonstrated execution track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under pressure.
  • •Executive presence with comfort communicating and collaborating with C-suite executives and senior sales leaders, both verbally and in writing.
