Join the Maintenance team to support advanced plastics manufacturing and high-speed film production. You’ll diagnose and repair industrial electrical, mechanical, and process control systems, execute preventive maintenance, and help minimize downtime through proactive troubleshooting and on-call support. The role also includes installing and upgrading production lines using VFDs, PLCs, schematics, and CMMS inventory tracking—while maintaining strict LOTO and Arc Flash safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on complex electrical, mechanical, and process control systems.
•Provide technical support and on-call availability to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow.
•Execute assembly, disassembly, conversion, and installation of production lines and ancillary equipment.
•Maintain facility electrical infrastructure including switch gears, bus ducts, and distribution panels.
•Interpret technical documentation and manage parts/materials using the Maintain X CMMS system.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED; Journeyman certification is highly preferred.
•5+ years of industrial electrical repair experience focused on high-speed production equipment and process controls.
•Strong ability to independently troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical system failures with minimal supervision.
•Ability to interpret and work from electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and engineering blueprints.
•Demonstrated Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Arc Flash safety procedures.
