Job Summary

Own regional customer growth and asset recovery performance across the South-East area by building relationships with pallet receiving stakeholders and retailer staff. Improve collection and CIFOT outcomes by diagnosing route failures, delivering targeted training, onboarding new customers, and executing audit programs. Monitor KPI dashboards and ensure asset control practices are followed, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to expand CHEP’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations to align with asset productivity objectives.
•Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route failure causes and collaborating internally to improve customer experience and the CIFOT measure.
•Increase customer satisfaction through regular visits and targeted training for retailer staff to ensure effective equipment control practices.
•Ensure onboarding and implementation of new customers by setting agreements around asset recovery processes for smooth transitions.
•Manage audit programs across the account portfolio and use asset control metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in a commercial, logistics, or supply chain team.
•Strong sales orientation with negotiation and selling ability.
•French proficiency (written and spoken); English desired.
•Strong analytical skills and account management capabilities.
•Proficiency with IT tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (MS Office).
