Job Summary

Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN and VoIP network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, intrusion prevention, and wireless devices. Manage IP/VLAN configurations and network resource policies, build automation scripts to improve delivery, and proactively identify and resolve network issues. Perform upgrades and migrations during the 11pm–4am maintenance window, validate firmware, execute testing, and maintain detailed documentation while supporting new branch LAN rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, configure, and distribute IP/VLAN configurations.
•Design and implement network devices and supporting services like firewalls and intrusion prevention systems.
•Manage existing VoIP and data LAN/WAN networks.
•Create automation scripts and proactively identify issues before end users are affected.
•Perform network upgrades/migrations in the 11pm–4am maintenance window, execute testing for new gear, and maintain detailed documentation.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s degree in Networking Technology or related field, or qualifying experience.
•At least 2 years of experience in network communications, telecommunications, or related fields.
•Knowledge of computer hardware and networking components.
•Previous experience with Cisco Meraki switches, routers, and firewalls.
•CCNA, CCNP, or Security+ (or other networking certifications) are a plus.
