Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage civil construction activities across building/structural engineering and land surveying, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards and enforce safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors, including educating workers on safety regulations and accident protocols.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications, and support implementation of HSE initiatives.
  • •Handle site accidents per protocol, maintain employee attendance records, and evaluate performance including disciplinary actions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience, including 3 years in relevant roles (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or another engineering-related discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and blueprints, with familiarity using construction software/tools for project documentation.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills is required for success in this role.
