Job Summary

Support and optimize end-to-end Plan-to-Sustain (P2S) processes in SAP S/4HANA by partnering with procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and manufacturing teams. Translate business needs into SAP solution designs and configurations, lead small-to-medium initiatives, and manage the testing lifecycle through UAT. Provide Level 3 production support for incidents and enhancements, develop documentation and training, and drive continuous improvements using Lean methods.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and refine functional and technical requirements across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing.
•Translate business needs into SAP solution designs, functional specifications, and configuration documents; contribute as Business Analyst and Technical Lead.
•Lead small-to-medium initiatives while serving as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Technical Lead.
•Own/support the full testing lifecycle, including test strategies, test data, test scripts, defect resolution, and UAT.
•Provide Level 3 production support for complex incidents, defects, and enhancement requests, and develop end-user documentation and training materials.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience.
•Must be a U.S. Citizen.
•Experience with SAP.
•Ability to travel approximately 25–50%.
•Experience supporting SAP P2S processes in S/4HANA is required (also reflected in preferred qualifications).
