Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead product management for key electrification portfolio elements including EV charging, V2X solutions, home energy management, and energy storage
  • •Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering leaders to define strategy and manage the product roadmap
  • •Assess and articulate the impact of new products on sales, operations, and customer service teams
  • •Own the full product development lifecycle from ideation and business case development through launch and post-launch management
  • •Conduct financial analysis to support new products and make pricing recommendations balancing margin and growth

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or other quantitative fields
