Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Marketing and Formula Development on new briefs to ensure technical and financial feasibility, advising on how to achieve requested designs.
  • •Conduct risk assessment and project feasibility studies including function, manufacturability, component/tooling cost, schedule, and global consistency.
  • •Manage tooling development by validating technical drawings and printing area, and set up homologation plans with required testing.
  • •Lead industrialization phase activities including line trials at contract manufacturers to ensure components and finished goods meet quality expectations.
  • •Monitor development timelines and report status to the supervisor/project managers, identifying mitigation plans and ensuring deployment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience in technical packaging roles, ideally in the Beauty industry.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (packaging, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or relevant discipline).
  • •Ability to operate in a fast-moving project pipeline.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills to identify practical, well-judged solutions.
  • •Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
