Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and consolidate KHMS health check data; prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
  • •Review responses for inconsistencies and track maturity progress.
  • •Coordinate with GPLs, Tower Leads, and Team Leads; follow up on actions and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • •Send post-deployment communications, track homework, and maintain closure records.
  • •Provide first-level support for IO App queries; track tickets and coordinate resolution with internal/external teams.

  • •Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
  • •Skilled in creating structured reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • •Familiar with process documentation and governance concepts (preferred).
