Own and expand PICO’s international offline sales presence across North America and overseas markets. Key Responsibilities

•Architect PICO’s physical retail presence across international markets and drive offline channel growth.
•Build and manage a robust offline distribution network, including recruiting distributors and securing retail experience-zone placements.
•Own retail sell-through by moving from sell-in to sell-out accountability; optimize inventory/logistics and minimize aged inventory.
•Manage the regional sales budget and maximize ROI of Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
•Standardize VR/MR demo flows, govern third-party field-force agencies, and audit visual merchandising to maintain brand image; align with HQ product roadmaps and coordinate with legal/compliance on trade regulations and data residency.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of international offline sales or channel management experience in premium consumer electronics.
•Proven experience managing multi-country territories.
•Ability to travel internationally (approximately 10–20%).
•Strong results-driven mindset and ability to operate under high-demand KPIs.
•Excellent communication skills for managing challenging partners professionally and diplomatically.
