Job Summary

Join the Airports Systems Managed Services team at Haneda International Airport to operate and support airport systems under defined SLAs. You’ll monitor server and network operations, coordinate on-site with airline and airport authority stakeholders, and handle escalations and compliance reporting. In addition, you’ll develop site procedures and training materials, maintain operational manuals, support billing via monthly usage data, and work closely with the Site Manager and Tulsa engineering division.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain agreed SLA targets for system operations, including server and network.
•Communicate with customers on on-site progress and take remedial action for deficiencies.
•Act as customer liaison and point of contact for key activities with airlines and airport authorities, including escalations and compliance reporting.
•Develop on-site policy/procedures, promote quality improvements, and build training materials for system users.
•Work with the Site Manager on site operation administration, prepare operational manuals/documentation, and support billing by collecting system usage data.

Key Requirements

•Preferably 6+ years of related airport operations experience.
•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
•Experience communicating with line management up to executive level.
•Knowledgeable in project management to plan, communicate, and coordinate complex projects.
•Effective communication in Japanese and English (written, oral, and presentation), including negotiation and interpersonal skills.
