•Demonstrate Dyson values and behaviors and represent Dyson products while present in-store.
•Use Dyson’s sales model to engage shoppers and achieve key success factors.

•Demonstrate Dyson tools clearly so shoppers can replicate actions at home.
•Maintain in-store standards and operational duties, including health & safety, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily reporting using CRM/HRIS.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years of in-person retail selling experience.

•Ability to work retail hours (standard, peak, holiday) including at least three days/week and every Saturday/Sunday.
•Comfort with computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and the ability to use an iPad and corresponding applications.
