Relationship Banker/Senior Relationship Banker - Montezuma

Provide in-branch and phone client service while building and expanding relationships through consultative conversations. Deliver financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other products, supporting both individual and branch sales targets. Cross-train to perform teller duties, advise on consumer lending options, and take loan applications. Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and participate in retail community bank leadership routines and ongoing learning.
