Key Responsibilities

•Work with customers along with internal and external resources to deploy/optimize Cisco services and solutions.
•Assist with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements.
•Jointly craft project work such as design recommendations, high-level design, low-level design, and implementation/change management plans.
•Build or use test environments to resolve medium sophistication problems and compatibility issues.
•Act as the initial focal point for problem resolution for customer engagements.

Key Requirements

•BS/BE/BTech degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
•Data Center related certification (CCNA, CCNP, VCP, etc.) is helpful.
•Deep technical knowledge of L2/L3 networking protocols and technologies (VPC, STP, HSRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
•Nexus 2K/5K/7K/9K platform knowledge with hands-on experience.
•Familiarity or hands-on experience with computing, virtualization, and container environments (Cisco UCS, Hyperflex, VMware, Microsoft, Kubernetes).
