•Own Marketo as marketing’s core automation platform and lead execution of email, nurture, database hygiene, and campaign workflows
•Develop and optimize email and nurture strategy across campaign, newsletter, and operational programs; oversee forms, routing, data quality, and governance
•Oversee forms, landing page QA, routing, testing, and related conversion operations for nintex.com
•Manage and develop one Email Marketing Specialist, providing direction, coaching, and quality control
•Ensure proper governance in accordance with guidelines (e.g., GDPR) and partner with RevOps on data quality and lead routing

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, or email marketing, with deep hands-on Marketo expertise
•Strong Marketo expertise and ownership of email, nurture, and campaign workflows
•Experience applying AI to improve speed, quality, analysis, testing, and overall team productivity
•Ability to govern and optimize marketing automation programs, including forms, routing, data hygiene, and performance reporting
•Experience leading and developing a direct reports (Email Marketing Specialist) and collaborating with RevOps on governance and data quality
