Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver spa treatments and the full spa experience to a high standard, tailoring treatments as needed.
  • •Connect with guests by communicating, learning preferences, and recording required information.
  • •Ensure accurate guest handovers, follow up on treatment experience and satisfaction, and address discrepancies.
  • •Follow the scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule, adhering to training from the Spa Manager and Head Therapist.
  • •Supervise and help maintain safety of users and equipment, implementing health, safety, and hygiene legislation; cover reception when required.
