Key Responsibilities

•Deliver spa treatments and the full spa experience to a high standard, tailoring treatments as needed.
•Connect with guests by communicating, learning preferences, and recording required information.
•Ensure accurate guest handovers, follow up on treatment experience and satisfaction, and address discrepancies.
•Follow the scheduled roster and daily appointment schedule, adhering to training from the Spa Manager and Head Therapist.
•Supervise and help maintain safety of users and equipment, implementing health, safety, and hygiene legislation; cover reception when required.

Key Requirements

•Internationally recognized massage certificate.
•Three years of experience in spa therapy.
•Aromatherapy certificate.
•First aid and CPR certificate (advantage).
•Excellent oral and written skills in English and the local language (as applicable).
