Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the annual financial planning and budgeting cycle across functions, including timelines, templates, submissions, and consolidation.
  • •Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts, review estimates for accuracy, and monitor performance against approved plans.
  • •Produce monthly and quarterly management reports, including actual vs. budget, cost centre performance, financial trends, and key variances.
  • •Develop and maintain product costing (standard/actual costs, BOMs, overhead allocation, margins, and COGS) and support sales pricing using cost and margin analysis.
  • •Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models for new products, business plans, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, and monitor cost variances to recommend cost management actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • •5–10 years of relevant experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, or financial analysis.
  • •Strong financial modelling experience and advanced Excel skills.
  • •Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Hands-on ERP experience such as SAP or Oracle; CPA/CIMA/CA/ACCA is highly desirable.
