Job Summary

Manage and grow Home & Lifestyle merchants on TikTok Shop by acquiring and incubating brands and major sellers. Build and maintain merchant relationships, negotiate deals based on campaigns or seasonality, and identify partnership opportunities aligned to merchant growth plans. Ensure seller service quality and performance to improve conversion and customer satisfaction. Lead scalable incubation and management for mid- and long-tail merchants using tools and programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Acquire and incubate brands, principals, and big merchants that drive significant GMV.
•Build and maintain merchant relationships and negotiate deals based on campaign or seasonality.
•Identify partnership opportunities aligned with merchants’ short- and long-term growth plans and establish JBPs.
•Maintain seller service quality, including low cancellation/return rates and efficient shipping, to improve conversion and satisfaction.
•Manage mid- and long-tail merchants using scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree or above.
•4+ years of experience in e-commerce, with direct experience in relevant categories preferred.
•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
•Attention to detail with strong logical and problem-solving skills.
