Clinical Nurse 1 (QA)

Provide safe, effective nursing care to assigned patients and families, following established nursing regimes under guidance of a preceptor or designated RN. Assess patients, identify outcomes and safety concerns, administer medications and therapeutic agents, and perform clinical tasks such as immunizations, phlebotomy, and peripheral venous access. Ensure quality of care by adhering to QCHP, Joint Commission International, and Plan of Care policies, accurately document care in the electronic medical record, and coordinate with the healthcare team.
