Job Summary

Own end-to-end recruiting for corporate functions across Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, build clear hiring strategies, and deliver full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and placement. Use recruiting data and analytics to optimize processes, improve candidate quality, and provide insights on market trends and candidate behavior.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and establish hiring strategy.
•Develop and implement creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent.
•Conduct screenings, interviews, and assessments, and guide hiring managers on selection processes.
•Manage the offer process, including compensation negotiation, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
•Use recruitment data and analytics to track metrics, optimize processes, and provide insights on trends and candidate behaviors.

Key Requirements

•7 years of experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally in a tech startup environment.
•Ability to work directly with executives and senior leaders and influence decision-making.
•Use data and analytics to drive decisions, optimize recruiting processes, and provide insights to hiring managers.
•Experience developing innovative sourcing strategies and engaging talent through multiple channels.
•Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate offers and manage complex candidate scenarios.
