Key Responsibilities

  • •Front-line triage of bugs, device feedback, and technical issues reported by users
  • •Deep dive debugging of hardware and software issues in electrical/firmware/biomedical contexts
  • •Cross-functional collaboration to determine root causes with Manufacturing, Product, and Data Science
  • •Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps and ensure a high-quality user experience
  • •Maintain detailed records of issues, resolutions, and trends; develop internal documentation and training materials

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role
  • •Background in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Firmware Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •Preference for hands-on hardware/electrical experience; experience with hardware and/or firmware troubleshooting and debugging
  • •Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues to non-technical partners and presenting findings to technical teams
  • •Experience with BLE and i2c components; ability to work with tools like Github, Notion, Altium, and an oscilloscope
