Job Summary

Lead finance for the Strategic Strike portfolio within the ASDS SBU, serving as program area manager on the Strike Initiatives team. Drive development execution and BSEC results by managing profitability, cost growth, forecasting/FP&A, cash flow, and investment planning. Oversee EVMS variance analysis and earned value reporting, guide new business capture with proposal and pricing/gate reviews, and manage and develop a team of financial managers and analysts across cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide vision and lead/supervise a team of financial managers and analysts.
•Manage a large, dynamic development program portfolio and drive development execution forward.
•Ensure profitability through sound financial management, including cost management, risk/opportunity management, and LRSO EAC performance.
•Lead financial forecasting/FP&A (AOP and Long-Range Plan) and manage cash flow and investment portfolio oversight (Capital, IR&D, NBI).
•Oversee new business capture by supporting competitive proposal development, pricing and gate reviews, and leading business reviews with cross-functional partners.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 10 years’ experience.
•Financial controls experience.
•Experience across Accounting, FP&A, and/or Program Finance.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required.
•Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment, analyze data for business decisions, and manage multiple priorities.
