Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Operator

Operate TI’s Global Security Operations Center to provide real-time monitoring, situational awareness, and incident coordination across multiple sites. Monitor integrated security platforms (VMS, access control, alarm monitoring, and safety systems), assess event credibility and severity, and coordinate dispatch and escalation with site and regional stakeholders. Handle critical incidents (medical, fires, workplace violence threats, protests, severe weather), manage digital evidence, and support investigations using video review and incident documentation.
