Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI users, diagnosing and resolving platform-related issues.
  • •Assist and guide citizen developers with best practices, data connections, and environment usage.
  • •Operate and maintain the Power Platform CoE toolkit, ensuring accurate inventory, usage analytics, and compliance.
  • •Maintain up-to-date support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • •Monitor environments and applications for adherence to platform governance and data policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • •Understanding of Dataverse, connectors, and Power Platform administration.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and user support experience.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written).
