Contracting Project Specialist

Manage and execute smaller turnkey construction projects, including subcontractor administration and project implementation, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Lead project administration through local, state, and federal governing agency requirements, maintain compliance documentation, and uphold quality and safety standards. Validate scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents and setting expectations. Oversee subcontractor selection and collaboration for progress, meetings, billing, and safety. Track project financials including forecasting, expense monitoring, and monthly backlog reviews.
