Job Summary

Participate in the rollout of Industry 4.0 initiatives and support digital transformation projects on the Villebon-sur-Yvette site. As part of the Back-end Services department, you’ll translate business needs into analytics dashboards to enable analysis and decision-making using ERP-SAP and production measurement/activity data. You’ll also help introduce “smart factory” technologies, including machine learning, equipment geolocation, and predictive maintenance, while building new scheduling-support tools in a PDCA-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather business needs and develop dashboards that support analysis and decision-making using data from information systems (e.g., ERP-SAP and production measurement/activity databases).
•Integrate “smart factory” technologies by creating models, introducing machine learning, implementing geolocation of metrology equipment, and supporting predictive maintenance.
•Develop new tools to support the production scheduling process.
•Support Industry 4.0 deployment and digital transformation projects for manufacturing and prototyping activities, characterization, methods, and industrialization.
•Execute the mission through a PDCA approach by actively involving users to build and validate the solution.

Key Requirements

•Preparing a higher education degree (Bac+4, Bac+5) and seeking a 12-month apprenticeship contract in software development and data processing.
•Strong programming skills, including SQL, Python, and VBA.
•Proficiency with data processing/BI tools such as Apache Superset and Power BI.
•Strong interest in new technologies, industry, and innovation.
•Knowledge of machine learning.
