Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new reliability test flows for DRAM and interface die and for extrinsic/intrinsic reliability assessment to meet key KPIs (quality, cost, cycle time).
  • •Write and debug reliability test programs for HBM device and package qualification to ensure full test coverage and address potential issues.
  • •Perform data analysis for validation and risk assessment using in-house statistical tools.
  • •Define interface hardware specifications and validate/debug new interface boards for compatibility across hardware environments.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Fab, HBM Technology Development, HBM Design, System Development, and Quality/Reliability) to drive technical decisions, innovation, and process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong coding/programming skills in Python and C++.
  • •Solid problem-solving with ability to identify root causes and explore solution spaces.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS technology, DRAM architecture, and basic device physics.
  • •Exposure to data analysis/statistics and scripting tools such as Python or JMP, plus experience with testing/verification approaches.
