Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the services, infrastructure, and confidence metrics that enable practice management to grow quickly without sacrificing accuracy or trust.

  • •Build and extend APIs and integrations so firm systems, data sources, and downstream tools connect seamlessly.
  • •Take projects from spec to ship to scale, including work outside your comfort zone.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full ownership of projects.
  • •Hands-on technical depth where correctness, edge cases, and accuracy are critical.
  • •Experience in project management and/or fintech software, with an understanding of why correctness matters.
  • •Ability to bridge engineering with a non-engineering domain (e.g., accounting/finance experts) and build shared language/artifacts.
  • •Bonus: experience building or contributing to billing, ledger, workflow, RBAC, authentication, or comparable systems.
