Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery for data technology initiatives, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Scrum practices. Partner with stakeholders to elicit requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize backlog items with product and delivery teams. Manage project scope, timeline, budget, RAID logs, and governance reporting, while coordinating cross-team and vendor dependencies and supporting UAT and release readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
•Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and improve delivery effectiveness and team maturity.
•Analyze and document business requirements, user journeys, and system/process impacts; translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
•Manage end-to-end project delivery including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, closure, and RAID log governance.
•Support UAT planning, quality assurance alignment, and release readiness (cutover, communication, and post-go-live stabilization).

Key Requirements

•University degree or above.
•Minimum 10+ years’ experience in technology/digital delivery, including Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid delivery roles.
•Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery, SDLC, and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
•Experience with requirement elicitation, process mapping, story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
•Experience with Agile/collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Office, Power BI, and MS Project.
