Tech Lead Firmware

Lead embedded firmware development for industrial automation products, with a focus on electric actuators. Own key activities across the firmware lifecycle: define and document embedded system architecture and specifications, develop low-level drivers and real-time control algorithms, and drive integration through code reviews, unit testing, and system-level testing. Evaluate processors/RTOS platforms and collaborate closely with hardware and mechanical teams to deliver reliable, safety-compliant designs.
