Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the procurement and supply chain workstream from mobilization through sourcing, contract execution, manufacturing, delivery, and closeout.
  • •Develop and maintain the Procurement Plan, delivery model, package strategy, procurement schedule, resource plan, governance calendar, stakeholder interfaces, and performance reporting.
  • •Manage end-to-end procurement activities including supplier prequalification, market engagement, NDA verification, RFIs/RFPs, bid forms, scopes of work, evaluations, and recommendations for award.
  • •Oversee contractor buyout activities and manage commercial transparency, best value, and scope gap closure; review change orders for compliance and lead negotiations as directed.
  • •Establish supplier quality, inspection/surveillance, expediting, and logistics/materials processes; maintain complete and auditable procurement records and provide client reporting, dashboards, and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, supply-chain management, business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •10+ years of experience in procurement, construction project management, supply-chain management, or equipment expediting.
  • •Experience managing owner-furnished, long-lead, or technically complex equipment.
  • •Ability to coordinate owners, prime contractors, equipment suppliers, design teams, logistics providers, and site personnel.
  • •Working knowledge of purchase orders, scopes of work, submittals, manufacturing schedules, logistics, receiving, change management, and warranty processes.
