Job Summary

Support the HR team in the DACH region with day-to-day HR work and gain insights across the full employee lifecycle. Work with HR managers on onboarding, Learning & Development, creation of employment references, and employee surveys, plus internal policies. Contribute to HR projects by conducting independent research, analyses, and evaluations on personnel topics, gradually taking on more responsibility and ownership to prepare for an HR career start.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the HR team in the DACH region with day-to-day operational HR tasks.
•Assist HR managers with employee lifecycle topics, including onboarding, Learning & Development, and creation of employment references.
•Contribute to employee surveys and internal HR policies and other HR-relevant questions.
•Actively work on HR projects and independently conduct research, analyses, and evaluations on personnel topics.
•Gradually take on more responsibility and own task areas as preparation for an entry into HR.

Key Requirements

•You are enrolled at least in the 3rd semester of a degree in business administration, psychology, sociology, or a comparable program, ideally with a focus on HR/Human Resources.
•First practical experience in HR (e.g., internship or working student role) is beneficial; alternatively, you have experience in a commercial environment.
•You have strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and an understanding of numbers, data, and relationships.
•You have a communicative personality and work in a structured, careful, and detail-oriented way.
•You can work at least 15 hours per week during the semester (ideally 20h) and have very good German and English skills in speaking and writing.
